Using WealthTrackr
Terms of Use
Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Provider: Apercall LLC
Welcome to WealthTrackr, a personal finance app provided by Apercall LLC. By using the app, its cloud sync, or its API, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Informational Use Only
WealthTrackr provides information and tools to help you track your finances. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Credit scores are entered by you, not pulled from a credit bureau. Metrics are calculated from the amounts you enter and are estimates, not professional assessments.
2. No Warranty
The app and the API are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apercall LLC and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or the API, including lost profits or data.
4. User Responsibilities
- Enter accurate information to get meaningful results.
- Maintain your own backups if needed (Settings → Backup).
- Keep your account credentials and API keys confidential.
5. API Access
WealthTrackr lets you create personal API keys (Settings → API Keys) that grant read-only access to your own data through our REST API. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke keys to prevent abuse.
6. Privacy
Your use of WealthTrackr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is handled.
7. Data Ownership
Your data is yours. You can export your data and delete your cloud account at any time, which deletes the associated cloud data.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
