Welcome to WealthTrackr, a personal finance app provided by Apercall LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the app, its cloud sync, or its API, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
WealthTrackr provides information and tools to help you track your finances. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
The app and the API are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apercall LLC and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or the API, including lost profits or data.
WealthTrackr lets you create personal API keys (Settings → Cloud → API Access) that grant read-only access to your own net worth, assets, and liabilities data via our REST API. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret; treat them like passwords. Anyone with your key can read your data, so revoke and rotate keys you believe are exposed. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke keys and access to prevent abuse, protect the service, or ensure fair use. The API is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Your use of WealthTrackr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is handled.
Your data is yours. When you sign in, the app stores and processes your data in your WealthTrackr cloud account to provide sync, web access, and API access. You can export your data and you can delete your cloud account, which deletes the associated cloud data.
Optional analytics and crash reporting may be provided by Firebase (Google). See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
